Tony is himself a qualified fitness instructor and would like to offer you the chance to attain the fitness levels that you want to achieve.

Whether this is for weight control, general fitness or competitive sporting then we can provide you with the information and focus that you will need to achieve all of YOUR fitness goals.

That's right. YOUR goals not ours, we will of course consult with you and advise you once you embark on your journey to fitness levels you possibly thought were beyond you.

 

Our system includes: Nutritional advice, resistance training, cardiovascular sessions, assisted advanced stretching techniques (utilised to lower the chances of muscular strains). boxing and martial arts techniques are all utilised in our very diverse training methods.
